Page and Proper Refund & Return Policy

At Page and Proper, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted leather goods. Each item is made with the highest quality materials and attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@pageandproper.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@pageandproper.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
